Go to Customers → Add New Customer and fill in the basic details.

Adding staff members

Go to Workforce → Add Staff Member and set their role and access.

Open a customer profile → Notes tab → Add Visit Note.

Open a customer profile → Care Plan tab → Build Care Plan.

Managing medications

Open a customer profile → eMAR tab to view and record medications.

Frequently Asked Questions
I've forgotten my password — how do I reset it?
Contact your organisation's admin manager and ask them to reset your password from the Workforce section of the admin portal. If you are the admin, contact us at support@carelogr.co.uk.
A carer can't log into the mobile app — what should I check?
Make sure the staff member's account is set to Active in the Workforce section. Also check that their username and password are correct. If they're still having trouble, try resetting their password from the admin portal.
Can I export care plan or visit note data?
Yes — care plans can be printed as PDFs directly from the customer profile. For bulk data exports, please contact us and we can assist with a data extract for your records.
How do I add a new branch to the system?
Go to Settings → Branches → Add Branch. Once created, you can assign customers and staff to the new branch. The branch selector in the top bar lets you switch between branches.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Your data is stored in a managed cloud database with automatic daily backups and point-in-time recovery. We take data security and availability seriously.
Who can see service user data?
Access is controlled by the roles you set for each staff member. Admin managers have full access. Carers using the mobile app only see the shifts and customer information relevant to their assigned visits. You can review and manage permissions in the Workforce section.
