For care homes

Cover you can trust, chosen by you.

Post a shift and see who applies. You look at their profile, their training and their ratings from other homes, then pick the person you want.

You choose the carer

No one is allocated to you. Everyone who applies is already cleared for the role, so the only question left is which of them fits your home.

Compliance done before you ask

DBS, mandatory training with expiry dates, right to work and NMC pins are held on file and re-checked as they run out.

Rates agreed in advance

Your charge rates are set per role and per shift type, with one travel charge per shift. You see the cost when you post, not on the invoice.

What every carer has to hold

We check these before anyone can apply for your shifts, and again whenever something is due to expire.

  • Enhanced DBS — certificate recorded and cleared
  • Mandatory training — with the expiry date from the certificate itself
  • Right to work — documents seen and logged
  • Care knowledge test — passed before they can be put forward
  • Nurses — a live NMC pin, checked at booking

Your own requirements too

Homes are not all the same. Tell us the roles you book and the training each one needs in your home, and we only show you people who meet it.
